Wherever you’re located, our IT engineers are on hand to help. Our ServiceDesk is based in Upminster where we provide remote support over email, telephone and desktop sharing connections. Onsite support visits are dealt with by our inhouse engineering team who travel up and down the country providing personalised support to business throughout the UK.
Our two standard support packages include Unlimited Remote support with Ad-hoc site visits and Unlimited Remote Support with Onsite escalation included. We understand every business is different and that one support model doesn’t necessarily fit all. We are in business to do business so if you are looking for a particular support model let us know and if we can supply it, we will.
All support packages include real time monitoring and patching of desktops, servers, network devices and printers. 24×7 remote support is also available on request.
