As part of our monthly IT support contracts we provide remote NOC services using our backend RMM platform. During the onboarding process we install our software onto each PC, Mac and Server allowing us to track the integrity of each system directly from our office.
The RMM allows us to push regular updates, establish remote connections to your computers, review system performance and generate customer facing reports. Our Service Desk monitor all devices in real time through the main dashboard on display in our NOC which allows us to act on a host of issues before the customer has even encountered the problem.
