Lord David Blunkett, Chairman of The Leaders Council, has praised Onsite CEO Toby Sillett and the Onsite team, in recognition of the hard work and influential leadership, particularly over the past year during the various phases of the pandemic.
In a letter to Toby referencing the the considerable trials and challenges set during 2020 and in to 2021, the Rt. Hon Lord Blunkett said “…thank you and your colleagues at Onsite Technologies for all the hard you have put in over the past year…”
Despite restrictions placed on across many organisations since the start of the pandemic, the staff at Onsite Technologies have persevered with dedication to support those who rely on them most.
Toby Sillett said “I am massively proud of our team, and am very grateful for the praise and recognition from Lord Blunkett.”
The Leaders Council ensures high standards of leadership, not just on an operative level, but also keeping up staff morale during difficult times. This which ultimately influences the success of a company and its impact in society.
